Deitra Dennis is a Registered Nurse and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with more than 30 years of experience who knows firsthand what it feels like to overcommit, overgive, and lose herself in the process.

After experiencing the same cycle of exhaustion and imbalance, she chose a different path. Through self-love, lifestyle shifts, and sustainable behavior change, she released more than 60 pounds and created a life rooted in alignment and whole-self care.
